Amused

Last Saturday, unreluctantly I helped out Abah to paint out his brand new gate. Unlike other people, who use brush to coat their gates, my dad, use a for-car-paint-spray equipment to paint his hand-built gate. Brilliant finishing. If only you can see the result. A leader in his own league. I am very amused by this. Hands down again...

An Unselfish Act

After a thought, gua decide untuk letak co-blogger list kat blog gua ni. Tab sebelah kanan. Just incase lu orang tak perasan la, sebab tu gua bagi tau ni. Tapi kalau lu orang dah perasan, tahniah and thank you for noticing. Such an observant. Hehe

Okeh, gua nak pi Alor Star ni, tengok member gua akad nikah kat Masjid Zahir (damn gua lupa bawak balik camera bagak gua). Member gua tu tah apa mimpi, nak kahwin tapi inform kekawan last minute. Angin betul gua. Maybe dia ingat kahwin tu macam order pizza kot. On a second thought, biarlah. Dia yang nak kahwin bukan gua. Kan?

Lepas setel tu, gua ada lunch date dengan Oger kat Restoran Atap Rumbia. Nasik campur kat situ memang antara yang terbaik kat Kedah ni. Malam sikit gua drive gerak balik KL.

Up north for the weekend

I safely escaped microsleep throughout my journey up north last night, to visit my dear parents. Thumbs up for me =) Terer jugak gua ni tak tertidur masa drive 4 jam sesorang. Prior to that I had a quick phone conversation with Min.

Me: Bro, jom! Gua nak balik SP nih. Ahad malam gua balik sini balik. Gua sesorang ni. Jom?

Min: Haha. Lu ingat kita zaman muda-muda dulu ka? Asal boring tadak plan, balik SP ikut rasa ja? Takpa bro. Lenkali.

Me: Haha. Ala bro, bukan selalu...

Min: Jangan buat kepala gila bro. Anyway, drive safe. Gua jumpa lu next week. Ingat, lu bawak keta bro. Bukan keta bawak lu.

To my instinct, Amin wanted to join me but having married a year ago, dictate his decision to stay back. Well, I had a quick stop in Gopeng, Perak for a glass of iced cocoa (nama melayu dia Milo Ais) with Mail whose currently based there.

Where I had my pasembor

As for me, I am enjoying the fantastic food tremendously. So far, I've ticked all my typical menu of pasembor, bihun sup and satey. And to my surprise, contradicted from the norm, my hometown is far less hot (temperature wise) than our capital.
