Free Lunch

"Hi... Boleh saya join you punya meja? Meja lain penuh la..."

That was the exact word what the mid 50's chinese male stranger said before he joined my table.

Last two weeks, I was having my ritual nasi ayam lunch at the usual place. It was no fancy nasi ayam place, just somewhere I love to have my nasi ayam. It was a typical hot tropical afternoon.

And of course I replied

"Oh uncle... No problem! Please please..."

5 minutes later, our nasi ayam arrived. The uncle had his nasi ayam with extra rice and mine was a normal one. I felt so weird to not talk to each other when we are sitting at the same table, eating the same meal for lunch. So I've decided to break the ice.

After a long pause...

"Banyak nasi uncle..."

The uncle replied promptly

"Biasalah...Kerja kuat"

The conversation lasted for 30 odd minutes and he end up buying me a lunch =) .The fact a stranger paid for my meal, really kicks my happy adrenaline sky high that day. Woooohuuu free lunch!

So I guess it's true, if you are nice, nice thing will happen to you. You be nice to people, and people will be nice to you. And please, do smile people.

A Morning With Frosties

It's the 2nd week since we've been going out. She never return my phone or reply my text last night and today.

I'm started to think that I screwed up again this time. I kinda really like her. A lot...

The frosties I had for breakfast this morning was not as sweet as it is supposed to be. This situation worries me a lot (the frosties not being sweet? duhhhh...)

But phewwww she is sick and slept the whole night. Lucky me!!! I am safe =) ...for now. She texted me the moment she was up. I hope that she will be well soon.

Dry

It's been raining almost every other afternoon in KL.
So the soaking wet weather kinda slows down the traffics in KL's major road during the rush hour. Seriously I pity those daily commuters.

But unlike the roads, I think my blog is a bit dry. Lag of visual effects. Maybe from the next post onwards I should throw in some photos. Yup photos. OK now I gonna take my camera for a ride before my next post. You take care.

Random Flirt

Last weekend, while I was having a supper with the usual lepak kaki group, one of the gang, SC suddenly said

"eh NM*, you nak tau something tak? this is FYI je..." SC trying to bait me...
"what?...what?" NM makan umpan dengan senangnya haha

okay, long story short...
one of SC's carmate (which also is her co-worker I supposed) was my random flirt, about 2 to 3 years ago... and the sad part is, I can't barely recall anything about her, not even a thing (I tried to, but no it doesn't flash anything. pfffh SORRYyyy)...
but the fact she still remember me, I think it was sweet. Really sweet...

So if you happen to read this post in the future, I want you to know that I think you are really sweet. Knowing that you have a fond memory of me, really made my weekend though I have to work on that next Sunday.

The First Post

The First Post, resembles a typical American newspaper brand like we have seen in many hollywood movies.

OK this would be my fourth or maybe the fifth first post. But why? Yup it's a big why there? I don't know so I can't tell you why. Maybe it's just 'The Big Leap' thingy.

I have always wanted to write but always at lost on what to write. So pray hard, that this will not be another of my hangat-hangat taik ayam attempt =)
